The Fuseboard
Open the plastic cover so we can see the switches/breakers inside
The Charger
Showing the brand and model label
The Location
A wide shot showing where the charger is located relative to your house
Important: Do not remove any fixed covers of the fuseboard or charger.
Once we receive these, our technical team will review them and contact you with a solution.

Remote Fix
€60 + VAT
If the issue is a software setting or simple reset we can guide you through over the phone. No call-out needed.
Site Repair/Replacement
Quote Provided
If a physical repair is needed, we provide an upfront quote. If we cannot repair your charger on the day, we install a replacement unit immediately so you're not left stranded.
Warranty Replacement
€120 + VAT
If your unit is under warranty (and we were not the original installers), we charge €120 + VAT to install the replacement unit provided by your manufacturer. Note: You may be able to claim this back from the manufacturer.
Our First Call Resolution Process

We understand how inconvenient a faulty charger is. That’s why we don’t charge for an initial ‘look-see’ visit. Instead, we assess the fault using photos first. This allows us to either fix the issue remotely or ensure our engineer arrives with the correct replacement parts to fix it in a single visit.
