My experience with EV Charging Ireland My experience with EV Charging Ireland was very positive. The sales agent (Susan Houston) provided answers to all my questions quickly and accurately (unlike other companies I asked to quote). The on-site team came in and did a slightly more complex than normal installation neatly and efficiently. I would recommend them.

Fantastic EV Installer Every person in the team were thoroughly professional and approachable, from my initial enquiry and many follow-up questions I was given clear advice and understandable answers to all of them. When i finally made my decision to proceed with the survey and installation everything was done to what was agreed, there were no shortcuts taken, every cable and additional consumer unit was run discretely and tidy. I have been using the charger for several months without any problems. I highly recommend EV Charging as a preferred company to advise and install your home charger.

The office sales team talked me through everything and recommended the best EV charger for my needs. Nick our installer went above and beyond to make sure the charger was not only aesthetically pleasing on our home but talked through the whole process and it was safely and neatly done. I have never had one single issue since install, everything was perfectly installed in a safe professional way. Delighted with the service we received… Delighted with the service we received when ordering a home car charger from EV Charging Ireland. I contacted a few different companies but after speaking with Aishling & Susan I knew we were making the right choice in ordering a car charger through EV Charging Ireland. They were very informative and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. On their advice we went with a Smappee home EV charger and it was the best decision we made. They even helped with my grant application and getting all the paper work together at short notice as it was due to expire. The lads who Installed the charger were absolutely brilliant. Keith and his team were extremely efficient and very tidy after they finished installing, then went through everything in detail and how to operate the device. Everything about EV charging Ireland was quick, painless and I couldn't be happier with my experience and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Amazing experience will be back for more services everyone was really nice and you could feel the engineers coming to visit the house were honest and were not just trying to sell as much as they could which is very authentic and rare these days. And all the support staff was super efficient and kind. For these reasons I would totally recommend your company and probably contact you again in the future for more services. PS: The only thing I would maybe recommend is to make it very clear to the customer that the engineers plan to come at 8am in the morning. As this wasn't clear at all twice and with kids in the morning things are a bit hectic. Just a clear notice of time to expect the engineers (even if it's 8am) would have helped
